What are existing locations in the Broker platform?
Why did we build this?
We built this feature to enable tenant-rep broker users to manage their client’s existing locations information (aka executed, in term leases). So, as the broker, you may track relevant lease data and critical dates and connect that information with your deals.
How do you add existing locations to a particular client:
Step 1: Click on the "Clients" tab
Step 2: Click on the name of the client you want to add the location for.
Step 3: Now navigate to “Existing Locations” tab and click on the button “Add Location”
Step 4: Input the lease details, once your done click submit.
You can also add critical dates relating to this existing location by clicking on the "Critical Dates" tab and then clicking on the "Add Date" button.
Once you've clicked add date, just choose the lease/existing location the critical date is in relation to, add in an optional description, choose an event type (right to renew, right to terminate, etc) and then input the dates.
You can also connect these existing locations critical dates to your deals, to learn how to do that check out this article.
