Why can't I see all my deals?

In a previous version of Occupier, a user would see multiple account’s deals in one view. In order to provide better security and add more customizable functionality to Deals, all deals must now have a clear, singular owner.

How it was before:

Prior to our security upgrade, any account that a user had access to, would be centralized under their personal account view. If a company had an account for managing their own leases, but a user also had extended permissions and access to another company's account (other than their company), for that user, all of the deals from both company accounts would appear in that user's deal tracker view. This viewing of multiple companies from one account did not support our updated security requirements and could not support custom fields to be applied to deals. Therefore, we've updated the user experience to provide for a safer and more customizable environment for our users by requiring all deals to appear under the company account for which they are owned.

 

How people will now access their deals:

To access your deals, select the 'Account Selector' in the top left corner of the menu. The dropdown will reveal the accounts that you have access to. Select the organizational account that you'd like to view, then select Deal Tracker in the navigation menu to view all of your deals for that account.
