How can I export my journal entries?
The Journal Entries report consolidates your journal entries from "Completed" leases in your portfolio. If a lease is in "Pending Changes", the journal entries populated will be the journal entries from the previous measurement.
To export your journal entries, go to the Journal Entries tab:
Before exporting, you may want to filter the report by the fiscal period, asset type, legal entity, or accounting lease. To filter the report, select the "Filter" button.
To filter, select the appropriate dropdown and select the desired parameter.
If you would like to report multiple periods, you are able to do that by selecting different periods in the "Period Beginning" and "Period Ending" drop downs:
Once the filtering parameters are established, hit the "Submit" button.
To export the Journal Entries report into excel, select the "Export" button:
