What kind of information can I see on the History Log?
Why did we build this?
We built this feature to have customers be able to track the changes made within a particular lease record. This helps customers check to see who changed a particular lease as well as the time and date of the change.
What does it do?
The history log shows all movement in the particular lease you are looking at and the time and date of the change.
Examples of information available in History Log:
- Create/Delete Members from leases
- Updated Lease
- Changed a Particular Field- Example “Name”
- Create/Update/Delete Clauses
- Changed a particular clause- Example “Auto Renew”
How to use it
Step 1: In Lease Admin, Click any lease or use the search bar at the top of the page
Step 2: Click “History” all the way to the right
Step 3: You will be able to see the history for that lease with timestamps of any activity.
