The "Asset Type" correlates to what section of Lease Administration the lease is in.
When filtering "Asset Type" by "Real Estate", you will get the leases populated within the "Real Estate Leases" in Lease Administration. Moreover, when filtering "Asset Type" by "Equipment", you will get the leases populated within the "Equipment Leases" in Lease Administration.
