Lease Admin Filtering, Configuring and Quick Search

From Search to Insights: Using Filters, View Configurations, and Quick Search to Navigate Your Lease Portfolio

This feature enables users to generate views and reports based on specific data points within their leases. Occupier's Filtering feature allows users to break down their portfolio into subsets that are relevant to them at that time, with ease.

Lease filters are set up so that you can analyze your lease portfolio by particular data points. The most commonly used lease filters are:

Types of Filters Example
Lease Type Real Estate or Equipment
Geography City, State, Country, Region
Space Type Office, Retail, Warehouse, Equipment
Term Type Month-to-month, Fixed-term
Clauses Expiration Date, Right to Renew, etc.
Status Active, Committed, Terminated, Pending Termination, Expired
Rent Structure Gross, NNN, Modified Gross
Expiration Single Date or by Range
Lessee/ Lessor

Lease filtering empowers your team to analyze aggregated data points across your entire lease portfolio.

How to Use Filters

Step 1: From your real estate leases dashboard, click on “filter.”

Step 2: Now choose which filters you’d like to analyze further. In this example, let's search for Office Space in California.

Step 3: Once you’ve selected the lease filters, click “submit.”

Step 4: This will redirect you to your real estate lease dashboard and only highlight the lease in your portfolio that meets your filter criteria.

Step 5: Navigate to the sort function above the leases list view

Step 6: Select your desired sorting view from the dropdown menu

Can you Save Filtered Views?

Yes! You can customize your view using filters and configurations and save that view for future use.

Can you Export Filtered Views?

Yes! You can generate an export based on your filtered view and saved view.
