What are expense analytics?
Expense analytics is a breakdown of your expense obligations by location, additional expense type, space type or by average.
What are total additional expenses?
Total additional expense quantifies the additional expenses across your portfolio like CAM, Opex, utilities, percentage rent and other.
What are expenses per square foot?
Expenses per square foot includes your rent, and additional expenses broken down by your lease portfolio’s square footage.
What are expenses by type?
This pie chart breaks down the leases within your portfolio by additional expense type: CAM, Opex, utilities, percentage rent and other.
What are expenses by cost type?
This pie chart breaks down the leases within your portfolio by their cost type, Variable or Fixed.
What are variable vs. fixed expenses?
- Fixed expenses are those that do not change regardless of property occupancy. For example, property taxes are a fixed expense.
- Variable expenses are those that do change based on property occupancy. For example, property management fees are based on a property’s income so they change based on occupancy.
What are expenses by space type?
This pie chart breaks down the leases within your portfolio by their space type: office, co-working, retail, warehouse, manufacturing, land etc.
