How Do I Add or Change Custom Categories?
Types of Data Categories are:
- Space Types
- Clause Types
- Expense Types
- Event Types
- Equipment Types
- Stage Types
Occupier's custom categories enable users to create and use data that matches their unique business needs. With a few clicks, you can create custom data points to accurately reflect your individual leases and portfolio of leases.
How to customize your categories:
Step 1: Navigate to your settings
Step 2: From your settings, navigate to "categories"
Step 3: This is where you can add new or edit existing space types, clause types, expense types, event types, equipment types and stages types.
Editing a Custom Category:
The categories can be edited, even if currently being used in a particular lease. Those edit(s) will populate all leases where it is actively being used.
Deleting a Custom Category:
If the category is currently being used in a lease, then it cannot be deleted.
