How to pull a clause export
Why did we build this?
We built this feature to enable users to move views and reports of specific clauses out of Occupier and into Excel. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for data to be configured and pulled out of Occupier.
What does it do?
The filter and sorting functionality generates an on-screen view of the clauses that matter to you at that moment. You are able to select multiple filters, if desired. Once the filtering is complete, you are then able to export the generated view into an excel export that mirrors the report on the screen.
How to use it
Step 1: Navigate to the “Lease Admin” dropdown menu on the left-hand side and click on the “Clauses” Tab
Step 2: Select your filters from the form in the top right corner of the page and click “Submit”
Step 3: Navigate to the “Create Export” button in the top right corner of the screen
Step 4: Go to your email inbox and click the link to download your report
