How to Filter in Transaction Management?

Why did we build this?

This feature was built to enable users to quickly and easily find a subset data within their entire deal pipeline. For example, if the user wishes to only see the deals within a specific country or region. The ability to filter the existing deals within any category allows key stakeholders the visibility necessary to make strategic decisions based on certain criterias as needed. 

What does it do?

Allows the transaction management dashboard to be easily filtered by specific criterias. It extracts matching records of deals from the user’s set of data by applying one or more elements. The selected criteria can then be downloaded as a spreadsheet. The instructions to be able to do so can be found here

How to use it?

Step 1: Click on the ‘Deal Tracker’ tab on the left to go to the main dashboard and find the icon with three bars on the right side of the screen, located between the ‘Sort’ button and the ‘Menu’ button.

Step 2: Select the different criteria of existing records as desired and click submit at the bottom of the pop-up. Use the ‘Starred’ checkbox on the top left of the selection pop-up to save the selected criteria as your preferred view.

Step 3: Repeat Steps 1 to 3 as necessary in order to select different assortments of criteria.
