Comps are mission critical to deciphering if a given space meets your client’s needs over another space.

What does it do?
Easily track all comps and compare the critical data points to strategize your client’s next space.

How do I use it?

Step 1: Navigate to the “comps” tab on the left hand panel.

Step 2: Filter the results by City, State, or Square Footage.
