How do I Customize Deal Stages?
Custom Deal Stages allows users to have full control over which stages appear in a deal’s ‘Stage Type’ field. Once a user creates, edits or deletes stages, all that will remain are the desired stages of their team.
Step 1: From the main Deal Tracker page, you’ll navigate to ‘Settings’ in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Select ‘Categories’ and then ‘Stage Types’ to access your account’s Deal Stage options.
Step 3: Select ‘Add Stage Type’ button to begin creating a new custom deal stage.
Step 4: Now, type in your new custom stage and click ‘Submit’.
This is also where you can edit stage types, delete stage types or reorder stage types by dragging and dropping. Note: If a deal stage is in active use, you will be restricted from deleting it from the list.
Step 5: If you go back to your Deal Tracker homepage, your newest stage type will appear on your list.
