How do I create a Payable in Occupier Lease Administration?
Payables for recurring expenses are automatically created on the lease profile page as well as on the Payables page in the Financials tab in Lease Administration. Any Base Rent and Additional Rent amount that has been entered on the lease profile will automatically appear in the lease and portfolio Payables report for the upcoming and subsequent months. You may also add one-time Payables to the report on the lease profile page by clicking on the Add Payable button. The attributes of Payables that can be managed are Expense Type, Amount, Vendor, and Note.
