How do I change my adoption date?

Step 1: Open the Lease Accounting module.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings (on the top right-hand corner).

Step 3: Click on Fiscal Calendar.

Step 4: Use the various prompts/dropdown menus to select your Fiscal Calendar.

This will ensure that Occupier understands your Fiscal Calendar and can in turn align the timing of the journal entries to reflect your fiscal period.

Adoption Date: This is your ASC 842 or IFRS 16 adoption date.

Year Start: First day of year for adoption year.

Year End:  Last day of year for adoption year.
