Where can I view the comments tagged to a lease?

The comments are a viewable on a lease in the Measurement Summary screen. To navigate to the screen perform the following steps:

Step 1- Select on the desired accounting lease.

Step 2- Navigate to the Measurements tab.

Step 3- Select the Measurement Summary.
