What is an asset?

Product Goal: Bring the entire asset portfolio (owned + leased) onto one platform. The goal of this is to allow users to see all assets used at a particular location, regardless of ownership status.

To Note: The assets tab does NOT track incoming rents for owned assets or subleases. It is simply a section in which businesses can track their owned assets.
