What are portfolio averages?

Portfolio averages aggregates common averages across your lease portfolio. Portfolio Analytics allows your business to visually assess portfolio-level KPIs, while also being able to draw attention to specific areas that need attention and/or action. In turn, these insights not only make visible and mitigate operational areas of risk, but business risk as well.

  • Rent per capacity - The average of your total rent per your total capacity across your portfolio. 
  • Rent per headcount - The average of your total rent per your employee headcount across your portfolio.
  • Rent per square feet - The average of your total rent per square foot across your portfolio.
  • Rent per location - The average of your total rent per location across your portfolio.
