Lease Accounting Module
- Mid-Term Classification Changes - Update your lease classifications upon an amendment or modification event. When would I need to reassess a lease classification? How do I reassess the lease classification?
- Add an account for ROU Asset Reduction - Similar to a capital asset, some companies separately track the ROU Asset reduction journal entries in an amortization account. Now you can add an account for ROU asset amortization for Operating Leases.
- Approval Email notifications for impairments and changes in GL Accounts or Segments - When modifications are made to GL accounts or segments, as well as in cases of impairments, Occupier sends out an email notification indicating that approval is needed.
