How do I impair a lease within Occupier?

Occupier helps by calculating the impairment loss entries and establishing a new amortization schedule based on the impairment information.

To impair a lease within Occupier perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Lease Accounting

2. Select the lease that you wish to impair

3. Select "Measurements"

4. Select "Impair"

5. Enter the impairment details
