Assets

Occupier enables you to view your entire asset portfolio combining both owned and leased in one platform.  This is to allow users to see all assets used at a particular location, regardless of ownership status.

Adding Owned Assets

It is straightforward to add an owned asset into Occupier. Follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Navigate to the asset tab under “Lease Administration”

Step 2: Click on “add asset” on the top right.

Step 3: Create a new asset and submit.
