Lease Administration Module

  • Clause Summary Column: Clauses now have a Summary component used to store brief summaries of lengthy copy/paste clauses.

  • Configure Vendor Custom Data in Payables: You can now see Vendor custom fields in the configure option in the payables report.

  • Description in Task Templates: You can now add a rich text description to tasks within task templates.

  • Equipment Leases Scheduled Export: You now have the option to separate your leases between real estate and equipment for scheduled exports.

  • Attach PDF Invoice to Payables: You can now upload a PDF invoice to a payable and see that attachment in the payables index.

  • Quick Search Bar In Payables and Clauses: You will now see a quick search bar in Payables and Clauses that allows you to search by keyword.
