Lease Administration Module

  • Import Vendors - you can import a batch of Vendors across the portfolio by downloading our .csv template, populating, and uploading. You can access this feature in Settings>Imports. 
  • Sort Critical Dates on Lease Profile Page - you can now sort critical dates by type, time left, notice period start date, effective date, and status on the individual lease profile page. 
Deliver Schedule Exports as an Attachment - you can now have your scheduled exports delivered as an attachment to an email as opposed to within a download link. This feature is enabled on the account level by your Occupier support representative.
