What are the tabs included in the disclosures export?
When viewing the disclosure report export from Occupier, you will notice that in addition to the footnote template there is also a number of orange colored tabs (as seen below).
Each one of these tabs represents and supports a corresponding disclosure amount. For example, to view the underlying calculation for cell B3 (Amortization ROU Assets) refer to the first orange tab (Amort ROU Asset).
Note: Some tabs may be blank due to not having a particular type of lease such as a operating or finance lease in your portfolio.
