What are Comments in Occupier and how can they be used?
The Comments field in Occupier can be utilized to leave notes on each lease entered into Occupier to look back on a future date.
For example, you can leave a note in the Comments field to indicate why certain assumptions were made on certain leases. A practical example would be to utilize the Comments section to indicate why a renewal/termination option was reasonably certain to be exercised. That way when looked back on at a future date the information and analysis is there for all to see.
