Easily Create and Save Custom Views of Your Lease Data for Faster, Smarter Portfolio Management

Occupier's updated Saved Views feature on the Real Estate Lease Dashboard lets you create customized views, bookmark them for quick access, and easily manage your lease data. Streamline your workflow and quickly share data with your entire team.

Understanding Your Default View

Your Default View displays all your data without any customizations or filters.
You can temporarily adjust this view, but remember—if you navigate away without saving, your changes won't persist.

How to Create a New Saved View

Follow these easy steps to create a personalized, reusable view of your lease data:

Navigate to the Lease Admin Dashboard.
    • Apply filters to narrow your results and "Submit".
    • Configure the table headers to hide or show exactly the information you need and reorder the columns and "Submit".

Save Your Customized View:
    • Click on the Bookmark Icon located in the top-right corner of your page.

Name and Submit Your View:
    • Provide a clear and descriptive name.
      (Important: Saved Views are shared across your account. Choose a name easily recognizable by other users.)
    • Click "Submit" to save your view.

Bookmarking Your Saved Views

Easily manage or bookmark your customized Saved Views:

  • Click "Manage Saved Views (gear icon)" at the top of your Lease Dashboard to view and select a previously saved view.

Managing Your Saved Views

Customize which views you see on your Lease Admin Saved Views menu and arrange their order for quick access.

Click the "Manage Saved Views" icon to:
    • Show or hide specific Saved Views by selecting or deselecting on the right-hand side.
    • Reorder views by dragging the "=" icon on the left-hand side.

Rename or Delete Saved Views:
    • Click the pencil icon beside the Saved View you'd like to modify, edit the name and click "Submit".
    • Edit the name or click "Delete" to permanently remove it.
    (Important: Deleting a Saved View removes it for all users in your account.)

Editing an Existing Saved View

Need to adjust an existing Saved View? Here's how:

Option 1: Directly Update Your Existing View

  1. Select the Saved View you'd like to update from the dropdown menu.
  2. Once in the view make adjustments to filters and table configurations.
  3. Click "Update" to save changes or "Reset" to discard edits and revert to the original.

Option 2: Replace a Saved View (Using "Create New View")

  1. Start fresh—apply your desired filters and table customizations.
  2. Click the Bookmark Icon and enter the exact name (case-sensitive) of the view you'd like to replace.
  3. Click "Submit". You will be prompted to confirm. Click "Replace".

Important: Saved Views Linked to Scheduled Exports

If a Saved View is us for a scheduled export by you or another user, it cannot be deleted or replaced until it has been detached from that export schedule. To modify or delete such a Saved View you will have to notify other account users.
