Saved Views - We’ve redesigned Saved Views to be more powerful and user-friendly— users can now create, edit, delete, reorder, and manage over 30 custom views with a sleek tabbed layout, making it easier than ever to organize and access important data quickly.
Importing Custom Fields - You can now bulk import Custom Field data into Lease Administration using Occupier’s import tool— just download the template, fill it out, and upload directly from your settings.

Immaterial Leases - you now have the option to select low-value or immaterial leases, which don’t require the full recognition of right-of-use assets and liabilities. This means that lease payments can be evenly expensed throughout the lease term, complete with the necessary journal entries and amortization schedules. Plus, our Disclosures Report will include details on immaterial lease payments and any future commitments related to these payments.
Comments, Documents and Tasks - now available in accounting! You can now easily streamline your workflow by incorporating comments, attaching relevant documents, and assigning tasks within each accounting lease.
