Lease Administration
- Critical Date Field Renaming: “Start Date” and “End Date” for critical dates are now labeled “Notice Start” and “Notice End” for clarity.
- Critical Date Timing Option: Added a “3 Months Prior” timing option for critical date notifications.
- Default Critical Date Sorting: Critical dates now default to sorting by Notice Start date.
- New Contacts Tab on Lease Profile: Lease contacts now have a dedicated tab on the lease profile page.
- Rich Text Fields: Rich text formatting is now available on the Lease Description, Comparison Notes, and Variance Description fields.
- Lease Description Change History: Edits to rich text lease descriptions are now tracked and appear on the lease history tab, giving you an audit trail of who changed what and when.
- Manage Out-of-Scope and Archived Leases: Filter out leases and measurements that are no longer active or relevant, so your reporting reflects only current obligations.
- Exclude Terminated Leases from Digest Queries: Terminated leases are now excluded from deal digest queries, keeping digest results focused on active items.
- Edit Custom Data on Deal Detail Page: Edit custom data fields directly on the deal detail page instead of opening a separate form.
