Lease Administration

  • Monthly Rent Column — Annual Totals: The Monthly Rent Column now includes annual calculations for both base rent and additional rent, building on the existing Monthly Base Rent / Monthly Total Rent split.
  • Percentage Rent Report — Monthly Toggle & Portfolio Export: Toggle the Percentage Rent Report between monthly and annual views, and export a full portfolio-wide percentage rent schedule in a single file instead of pulling data lease by lease.

Lease Accounting

  • Portfolio-Wide Accounting Audit History: A new Audit History view under Accounting Settings shows every accounting-related change across your account in reverse chronological order, filterable by change category, team member, and date range.
  • Close Books Review Template Export as ZIP: The Close Books Review Template export is now bundled as a ZIP file, including a per-lease XLSX and a summary CSV.

Deal Manager

  • Lease to Deal Creation: Create a new deal directly from a lease record, available to customers using both Lease Admin and Deal Manager.
