Viewing Expired Leases
How to view expired leases
The default portfolio view in Occupier automatically filters to view Active and Committed Leases only, to view Expired Leases the filters will need to be cleared or adjusted.
Expired leases can be filtered using the steps below
Step 1: From your Occupier homepage, navigate to the filter icon in the top right corner of the leases list view.
Step 2: Select “Expired” under the “Status” dropdown. You may clear out any other filters such as Active or Committed if you would like to only view leases that have expired. Your leases list view will now only show expired leases, and you may export this list to an Excel spreadsheet.
Can you Save Filtered Views?
Yes! You can customize your view using filters and configurations and Save that view for future use.
