Custom Fields
What are Custom Fields and How Do I Set Them Up?
What are custom fields?
Any data point that we don't typically track in our out-of-the-box solution can be added as a custom field for your tracking purposes. As the name suggests, they are super customizable and flexible.
Steps to set up Custom Fields:
Step 1: Navigate to “Settings” by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the app.
Step 2: Select the “Custom Fields” tab on the left hand side of the page.
Step 3: Click “Leases” on the top of the page to see which custom fields are saved under your lease portfolio.
Step 4: In order to add a new custom field, click on the “Add Custom Field” button on the right side.
Step 5: Select the type of field you’d like to add.
Step 6: Save the new custom field by clicking "Submit"
Step 7: Find it available on each lease in the details tab under "Custom Data"
To populate the custom field, just click on the pencil icon as shown below -
