How Do I Import Clauses? 

1. Finding the Import Tool in the Settings

To get started, simply click on the "settings" option located in the top right corner under the profile icon.

Choose "Imports" from the settings menu.

3. Downloading Import Template

Once you have chosen "Imports" from the settings menu, you can proceed by selecting an Import template to download from the Data Templates Window.

4. Populating Import Template 

Populate your import template with lease names,  clause type name (default, eminent domain, entry by landlord, etc), clause section, description (this will be the body of the clause) and a summary, which is optional. 

5. Import your Template into Occupier

Click "Import Data" and upload your populated template 

5. Check Import History 

This is where you can check results, view errors and download the imported file for specifics
