What types of emails does Occupier send?
Occupier sends regular emails to keep you and your team up to date on all the important information in your account:
Alert Emails
These emails are designed to notify you of impending notice periods for important critical dates. You can modify alert timing for specific dates in your Settings under Email Preferences > Alert Timing.
The Weekly Digest
The digest email compiles all critical dates from your portfolio with Notice End periods within the next 12 months. These emails are broken out by critical date type and provide a concise view into the near term actionable events in your lease portfolio. This email can be sent on a weekly or monthly cadence which can be set in your Settings under Email Preferences > Digest Frequency.
The Variance Report
The variance report is sent to a user’s email on the first of each month and provides a clear view into the month over month rent changes for each lease in a portfolio. You can choose to turn off these reports in your Settings under Email Preferences > Variance Report.
Comment Notifications
Comment notification emails will get sent out to the lease team any time a new comment is made on a lease. Comment notification emails for replies will only be sent out to the user who posted the original comment or any user who has added a reply to the thread. These notifications are designed to be sent real time, but you can control the frequency in which you receive these emails in your Settings under Email Preferences > Comment Notifications.
Deal Updates
These notifications are sent in conjunction with our Transaction Management product. Active deals move quickly so our updates feature is designed to keep the entire deal team in the loop on any developments. These notifications are designed to be sent real time, but you can control the frequency in which you receive these emails in your Settings under Email Preferences > Deal Updates.
How do I change Email frequency?
Step 1: Open your settings tab.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Email Preferences” tab. Once here, you can choose which types of emails you’d like to change the frequency of!
