### Lease Administration Module
- **[CSV Exports in Scheduled Exports](https://help.occupier.com/knowledge/what-is-a-scheduled-export?hsLang=en)-** you can now select your scheduled exports to be delivered in .csv format in addition to Excel.
- **[Scheduled Exports for Vendors](https://help.occupier.com/knowledge/what-is-a-scheduled-export?hsLang=en) **- you can now schedule exports for your Vendors report based on your saved views.
- [**Equipment or Real Estate Filter **](https://help.occupier.com/knowledge/what-are-lease-filters?hsLang=en)- you can now filter your Critical Dates and Financials by lease type - equipment or real estate.
- **[Lessee or Lessor filter in Critical Dates](https://help.occupier.com/knowledge/what-are-lease-filters?hsLang=en) **- you can now filter by Lessee or Lessor in your Critical Dates report.
- **[Silent Mode for Emails](https://help.occupier.com/knowledge/how-do-i-change-how-often-emails-get-sent-to-me?hsLang=en) **- you can now request that all email communications be disabled at the account level. Ask your account manager or ping us for support in enabling this feature.
### Lease Accounting Module
- **GASB 87 **- GASB 87 is a key lease accounting standard for governmental entities. These types of entities can now use Occupier to recognize lease liabilities and assets on their balance sheets and to disclose information about their leasing activities.
