Substituting, Replacing & Adding Clauses
If you would like to remove any clauses from the Occupier Standard to substitute another clause type, please let your Onboarding Manager know during the lease abstraction process. You may also add a new clause by contacting Onboarding but additional clauses may result in a fee.
Should you want to add a custom clause following your initial onboarding/abstraction phase, you can add the clause by following the steps outlined here.
